To glorify the Father is our ultimate goal where ever we are and whatever we do and say.  This morning  looked promising.  All of our Kenyan contacts have done what they said they would do as far as the contacts made, the paperwork finalized and praying for us through this process.   We were truly blessed with an audience with the judge that oversees the children's court in Nairobi.   Within 5 minutes he signed the orders and granted us parental guardianship over Mzungu.  We were extactic!  To say the least...While we were in the advocate's office waiting on the finalized document, we thought it would be a good idea to call the US Embassy and try to set up an appointment with the people in charge of immigration to obtain a visa for Mzungu.  This phone call very quickly became yet another huge road block.  We were told that until the adoption is final that it was impossible to grant a visa for Mzungu.  "Impossible", What does that mean exactly?  To man, it means stop trying...all hope is gone.  To God and those who follow Him it means nothing more that an opportunity to depend on Him yet again!!!  Kathryn and I have been reading so many passages in the Scriptures...that all things are possible for those who believe in Christ...that mountains can be moved...that GOD is in control.  We have been told "impossible" at least 3 times this week.  So far, impossible was made possible!

We are planning on going to the US Embassy tomorrow at 7:30 am and pleading our case.  Please join us in prayer that we are granted favor yet again.  Our goal is to bring Mzungu home on a visitor's visa and return in 4 months to Nairobi to finalize the adoption...again, please join us in prayer that the impossible will be made possible!!!

Along with all the road blocks we are mentally tired.  At this time not only please stand in the gap for us but hold our arms up as well.

Thanks so much.
